How it works?

  • 1. Subscribe for Feedback QR code

    Apply QR code on items of your choice. QR code can be printed on items from our store or you can use QR code on your own printouts or digitally.

  • 2. Person can leave a feedback for you

    When someone scans your code, they’re directed to a page with feedback form where they can rate product or service using 5 emojis and free text field.

  • 3. You receive an email

    You will immediately receive an email from givememycode.com with information that has been filled out in the form.
