Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Most products are produced on demand specifically for each customer. These items are considered personalised or custom‑made. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant
  • Preference‑based reasons
  • Buyer’s remorse

This is consistent with EU and UK consumer law regarding personalised goods.

2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases

Refunds or replacements are offered only in the following situations:

  1. Damaged items upon arrival

  2. Misprints or manufacturing defects

  3. Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or product)

  4. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier

  5. Severe shipping damage

  6. Printful‑covered issues, including:

  • Poor print quality
  • Incorrect fulfillment
  • Product defects
  • Damage during production or packaging

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages).

3. Non‑Eligible Situations

Refunds or replacements are not provided for:

  • Wrong size ordered (unless size chart was incorrect)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Carrier or customs delays
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Minor print placement variations within normal tolerances
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Customer‑caused damage after delivery

4. How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at info@givememycode.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label (if applicable)

We will review the claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Returns are accepted only when explicitly approved. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Return instructions will be provided for approved cases.

6. Subscription Requirement

Printed products are available only to customers with an active subscription. If a subscription expires or is cancelled before fulfillment, the order may be paused or cancelled. Refunds follow the rules outlined in this policy.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Latvia, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence.
