Subscription Terms and Conditions

2. Scope of Subscription Service

These Subscription Terms govern access to our digital data transfer services and eligibility to purchase subscription‑gated physical products. Subscriptions are available worldwide, including the EU, UK, USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly subscription: Recurring billing every 30 days
  • Yearly subscription: Recurring billing every 12 months Prices may include VAT/GST depending on customer location.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers. By subscribing, the customer authorizes automatic recurring charges until cancellation. If a payment fails, access to services and subscription‑gated products may be suspended.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous charges. EU/UK customers have a 14‑day withdrawal right for digital services unless service delivery has begun with customer consent. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Renewal and Termination

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may terminate subscriptions for misuse, non‑payment, or violation of these terms. Customers will be notified of material changes to subscription terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must use the service lawfully and comply with local regulations. Prohibited uses include illegal data distribution or activities violating intellectual property or privacy laws.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable privacy laws in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. Personal data is processed only for subscription management, billing, and service delivery. Details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is,” with reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and reliability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless required by law. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription period in which the issue occurred.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence. Disputes may be resolved through negotiation, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, or local consumer authorities.

 

Physical Product Purchase Terms

1. Eligibility to Purchase

All printed products, including Printful‑fulfilled items and in‑house printed items, are available only to customers with an active subscription. Orders placed without an active subscription will be cancelled and refunded where applicable.

2. Product Availability

Printed items are produced on demand and may vary by region, supplier, or stock levels. Fulfillment may be handled by Printful or our in‑house production facilities.

3. Ordering Requirements

Customers must maintain an active subscription from the moment of ordering until the order is fulfilled. If a subscription expires or is cancelled before fulfillment, the order may be paused or cancelled.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are displayed in local currency where applicable. VAT/GST is applied according to customer location and legal requirements. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

5. Production and Fulfillment

Printful‑fulfilled items follow Printful’s production timelines and shipping methods. In‑house printed items follow our internal production schedule. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds

Printed products are custom‑made and generally not eligible for returns. Refunds or replacements are available only in cases of defects, misprints, damage, or incorrect items. Full details are provided in our Refund Policy.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees outside the EU.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or third‑party fulfillment partners. Liability for defective products is limited to replacement or refund as required by law.
