Shipping policy

Printed products are available only to customers with an active subscription. Orders placed without an active subscription will be cancelled.

2. Fulfillment Time

All printed products are made on demand. Typical production times:

  • Printful‑fulfilled items: 2–30 business days
  • In‑house printed items: 2–10 business days

Production times may vary during holidays, high‑volume periods, or supply shortages.

3. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the destination and carrier. Typical estimates:

  • EU: 3–30 business days
  • UK: 3–30 business days
  • USA: 3–30 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–30 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–30 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or global logistics.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Product type
  • Fulfillment location
  • Carrier rates

Some orders may ship in multiple packages.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot predict or control these fees.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided when available. Some carriers or regions may not support full tracking.

7. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The carrier may return the package
  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs
  • Refunds are not available for custom‑made items

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

A shipment is considered lost only after the carrier confirms it. If confirmed lost, we will replace or refund the order according to our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs
  • Weather
  • Global logistics disruptions

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging and shipping label

We will replace or refund the item according to our Refund Policy.

10. Subscription Requirement

If a subscription expires or is cancelled before an order is fulfilled:

  • The order may be paused or cancelled
  • Refunds follow the rules in our Refund Policy
